Requiring Helmets
I see that Sen. Marian Bergeson is at it again. After pushing the helmet law for motorcyclists, she is now authoring Senate Bill 1878 to require helmets for bicyclists.
She disguises herself as a Republican. I thought Republicans were for minimum governmental intervention in the lives of citizens.
