Mariners Bancorp: The San Clemente parent company of Mariners Bank posted a profit of $220,159 for the second quarter, up 48% from the $148,649 recorded for the comparable quarter of 1991. For the six-month period, earnings rose 34% to $403,637 from $301,097. Assets increased 7% to $84.9 million at mid-1992 from $79.5 million a year earlier.
