County Supervisor Susan Golding continues to lead rival Peter Navarro in fund-raising for the San Diego mayor’s race, amassing more than $447,000 since 1991 in her effort to capture the city’s top post, according to the latest financial disclosure records released Friday.

Navarro, the growth-management activist who won a six-way primary June 2 and faces Golding in the Nov. 3 runoff, has raised more than $329,000 to date, his records show. The total includes more than $219,000 of his own funds loaned to the campaign. Golding has not put any personal funds into the race.

San Diego City Councilman Ron Roberts, who placed third in the primary election, raised nearly $340,000, and financier Tom Carter, who came in fourth, collected more than $260,000. Each made sizable personal contributions to their campaigns.

Expenditure statements for Navarro’s growth-management group, Prevent Los Angelization Now!, and organizations that made independent expenditures in the mayor’s race were not available Friday night.

City regulations allow groups to mail in the periodic disclosures as long as they are postmarked by the Friday deadline.
