HERE SHOPS THE BRIDE: As president of its Chamber of Commerce, Michael Metzler likes to promote Santa Ana businesses. He’s starting to take the job personally. Friday, Metzler and city employee Stephanie Bogan will marry at Center Court at the MainPlace Mall--shoppers looking on with the invited guests. . . . . “Weddings should be a wonderful celebration with other people,” Metzler says chuckling. “This will be with a lot of people.” The reception? Where else, but outside the mall’s May Co. store.
