Smog Checks and Air Quality

Now we are told that the L.A. smog levels today have fallen dramatically! But not everyone is breathing easier. Especially “unelated” are the thousands of newly unemployed who no longer drive their cars to their jobs. Fewer cars on the highways mean lower smog levels. Seems like every silver lining has its dark cloud!
