Parent’s Move Helps Bank: West Coast Bancorp, parent company of three banking institutions, has moved out of Orange into new headquarters in Newport Beach. The move helped one of its subsidiaries, Sunwest Bank in Tustin.
Sunwest owns the building, which became vacant when the tenant moved out, and now will be collecting rent from its parent company, said Frank E. Smith, West Coast’s chief financial officer.
