The Ralph M. Parsons Foundation of Pasadena has given a $40,000 grant to the San Gabriel Valley Assn. for Retarded Citizens to staff and equip a Client Computer Resource Center at the agency’s El Monte facility.
Disabled people have benefited from the use of computer technology, said Michael M. Guariglia, executive director of the agency.
