OUR DYING CHILDREN
Bearing children should be a privilege, not a right. Individuals get training and a license to operate a motor vehicle, even to cut hair. Yet anyone can undertake the most demanding job of all--being a parent. Parenting classes, including information about the cost of raising a child, should be mandatory before planned pregnancies.
