The Kings hired Rick Minch as director of media relations. Minch, 30, is the former director of public relations for the Cleveland Indians.
The Kings also announced that they will play regular-season, neutral-site games against the Chicago Blackhawks at Milwaukee on Dec. 1 and against the Montreal Canadiens at Phoenix on Dec. 8.
