CHEAP EATS: There may be no such thing as a free lunch, but at the Garden Grove Unified School District, there is such a thing as an inexpensive one. . . . School lunch prices there haven’t changed since 1980. When school resumes next month, lunch will remain 75 cents for elementary students, 80 cents for intermediate students and $1 for high school students. That, says district spokesman Alan Trudell, makes Garden Grove schools the least expensive in the county.
