Irvine Lake Is Producing Some of the Biggest Catfish
Irvine Lake, one of the most popular Southland catfish fisheries, is finally producing the big fish for which the lake is noted.
Mike Kelly of Fullerton took the largest catfish of the week, a 32-pounder. R.J. Stanley of Los Angeles caught a 17 3/4-pounder and Bill Finch of Costa Mesa a 16-pounder.
