Torrance Airport Chief Reassigned

Torrance Airport Manager John S. “Jock” Cagaanan has been reassigned to other duties amid a city review, City Manager LeRoy J. Jackson said Wednesday night.
“We’re in a personnel investigation and review,” Jackson said. He declined to elaborate.
