A police sergeant surrendered to authorities Thursday on charges that he exposed himself to two girls at the swimming pool of his Agoura Hills condominium complex, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.

The district attorney’s office filed four misdemeanor counts Tuesday against Randall William Lloyd, 45, said spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons. The 25-year LAPD veteran, who is assigned to the Pacific Division, surrendered at the Lost Hills sheriff’s station, where he was cited and released.

Lloyd is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 24 in Calabasas Municipal Court on one count of indecent exposure, two counts of child annoyance and one count of lewd conduct, Gibbons said. The charges stem from an Aug. 17 incident in which Lloyd allegedly exposed himself to two girls, 10 and 13, and a security guard at the swimming pool of the condominium complex.
