FAT CHANCE: After breaking a pledge not to raise funds for his reelection race against Councilman Tom Daly, Mayor Fred Hunter hosted a reception Thursday night for some of the deepest pockets in Anaheim. Now Hunter has made another promise, in writing, to those at the Anaheim Hilton fund-raiser: “Should my opponent decide to withdraw, I will return the funds to the contributors, or . . . give the money to a local charity.”
