JUDICIAL LICENSE? Former state Supreme Court Justice John A. Arguelles agreed to be a featured guest at a Sept. 17 fund-raiser for Harbor Municipal Court candidate Debra Allen, running against Judge Margaret Anderson. But Arguelles was shocked to see the logo of the high court on the invitations. “This is regrettable,” Arguelles says. Allen says it’s also the seal on her lawyer’s license and she meant no harm. Arguelles will still attend but says “I very much regret if this left the impression the court is endorsing her.”
