SANTA ANA : Assistant Principal Accepts New Post
Lewis Bratcher, an assistant principal at Saddleback High School, has been promoted to principal of Santa Ana High School for the 1992-93 school year.
District spokeswomen Diane Thomas said that Bratcher will replace Andrew Hernandez, who accepted a position as a high school principal in Santa Barbara.
Bratcher, who has served as assistant principal at Santa Ana High, has been employed by the district since 1974.
He has also worked as a teacher, coach and department chairman and has taught at Rancho Santiago College.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in applied linguistics at Cal State Fullerton.
