New President for Koll Construction
* Vic Laidlaw has been appointed president of Koll Construction, a wholly owned subsidiary of Koll Co. in Newport Beach. He succeeds Jack Wills, who died last month. Before the promotion, Laidlaw was executive vice president of the southern region. Laidlaw will oversee the company’s construction management and general contracting operations. Formerly an executive vice president of construction for Moran Co., he joined Koll four years ago.
