Assemblyman Burt Margolin (D-Los Angeles) will discuss the state budget’s effects on residences and businesses at a meeting today in Sherman Oaks. The public is invited to the meeting, sponsored by the Sherman Oaks Homeowners Assn., at 8 p.m. at Union Federal Savings, 13300 Ventura Blvd.
