Bush finally comes up with the vision thing. A $10-trillion economy in the 21st Century. In reality, that equates to a $10-trillion Lotto and Bush wants us to bet on his numbers. Just how dumb does he think we are? Would someone remind George that I’m still stuck in the 20th Century?
