Bush Picks 2 New Marshals

WASHINGTON —
President Bush nominated new marshals Monday for the northern district of West Virginia and the southern district of Iowa. Charles F. Little of Davisville, W. Va., would succeed Ronald A. Donnell. Blaine B. Goff of Des Moines would succeed Warren D. Stump.
