Bickering Over Presidential Debates

It would appear that, come this election, most of us will be dragging ourselves to the polls and casting our vote for Bill Clinton. It would then follow that four years from now, all of us will be racing to the polls to cast our votes for Jack Kemp.
Does anybody out there remember a guy named Jimmy, huh, what was his last name?
