LONG BEACH : Man Commits Suicide in Front of His Family
A man doused himself with gasoline Thursday after arguing with his wife, then looked at his stepdaughter, said “ Hasta la vista, baby,” and killed himself in a ball of flames.
Armando Delgadillo, 31, uttered the phrase from the Arnold Schwarzenegger movie “Terminator II” to his stepdaughter, 11, who watched with her younger brother and mother as Delgadillo killed himself outside their home, said Long Beach Fire Department spokesman Bob Caldon.
Caldon said the suicide apparently followed an argument between Delgadillo and his wife, who had been separated for two weeks.
