* Bill Clark has been elected chairman and chief executive of Shamrock Broadcasting Inc., a unit of Roy E. Disney’s Shamrock Holdings Inc. in Burbank.
Shamrock Broadcasting also named Martin W. Loughman president and chief operating officer of the company, which owns and operates 14 radio stations in several major cities and two television stations in Texas.
Shamrock said the promotions are in preparation for its planned expansion into new markets. The company is evaluating potential acquisitions of radio stations and cable TV properties.
