SIDE SWITCHING: Fullerton Councilwoman Molly McClanahan was campaigning for the 39th Congressional seat Tuesday when she learned a fellow Democrat was working against her. State Sen. Cecil N. Green (D-Norwalk), who represents part of North County, announced he’s endorsing her opponent, state Sen. Edward R. Royce (R-Anaheim). . . .
