John Jacobs has been named senior vice president of worldwide media for Warner Bros., the Burbank-based entertainment unit of Time Warner Inc.
Jacobs will oversee marketing of Warner Bros. movies internationally.
In his previous position, as vice president of media, he managed media campaigns on films such as “Batman Returns” and “Lethal Weapon 3.”
Jacobs joined Warner Bros. in 1986. Before that, he spent 13 years at Grey Advertising.
