VISIONS--WOMEN’S EXPO: The third annual exposition for women and their families will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, 1201 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Admission is $5; children under 16 admitted free.

DOWNEY CLEANUP: The city will sponsor Operation Brightside, a community cleanup effort, on Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will meet at the City Hall parking lot, 11111 Brookshire Ave., Downey.
