TV Stuff: CBS will be showing movies Saturday nights from 8:30 to 11 through the rest of the year, the network announced Monday. CBS had a hole on its schedule following the cancellations of “Frannie’s Turn” and “Angel Street”. . . . “Getting By,” a new sitcom starring Cindy Williams and Telma Hopkins, has been ordered as a mid-season replacement by ABC. Williams and Hopkins play two single mothers working in a Chicago welfare office. Hopkins will continue to appear as Rachel in ABC’s “Family Matters.”
