Lakers Play at Forum With Johnson; Clippers, Cavaliers at Sports Arena

The Laker A list is back as Magic Johnson returns tonight at 8 in an exhibition game against the Philadelphia 76ers in the Forum.
The Lakers are 1-0 with Johnson, 0-1 without him.
Pat Riley’s New York Knicks play Utah at 5 p.m. The winners and losers will meet Wednesday, but Johnson isn’t scheduled to play.
Former Clippers Charles Smith and Doc Rivers return as Knicks. Utah has added former Milwaukee Bucks Jay Humphries and Larry Krystkowiak but is without center Mark Eaton, who underwent arthroscopic knee surgery.
The 76ers are making their first post-Charles Barkley appearance here, with former Phoenix Suns Jeff Hornacek and Tim Perry and a new coach, Doug Moe.
