Orion Reorganization Plan OKd by Court: A bankruptcy court judge approved the reorganization plan of Orion Pictures Corp., maker of such hits as “Dances With Wolves” and “Silence of the Lambs.” The plan calls for majority shareholder Metromedia Co. to invest $15 million in cash and to contribute its rights in MetMermaids--a joint venture between Orion and Metromedia that relates to proceeds from the hit movie “Mermaids”--in exchange for 50.1% of the stock in the reorganized company.
