Michigan State University is investigating whether four players, including stars Mike Peplowski and Shawn Respert, broke NCAA rules by appearing at three summer camps. NCAA rules state that only one player from a Division I school be paid to work at a basketball camp at a time. Peplowski, Respert, Anthony Miller and Dwayne Stephens--all likely starters this season--attended summer camps in groups of two.
