NATURAL PARTY: Southern California Gas. Co. will hold a ribbon-cutting today at a Garden Grove gas station. It’s celebrating the county’s first public natural gas refueling station--one of 51 it will establish in Southern California by the end of 1993. This one is targeted toward private fleet vehicles, but the number of users is growing. . . . Says the gas company’s Susan Saldana: “It has a great future. It’s cheaper, more plentiful, and it’s cleaner, which is what’s most important.”
