PRO FOOTBALL DAILY REPORT : RAMS : Lyght Returning to Practice
Todd Lyght, who dislocated his right shoulder against the Miami Dolphins on Sept. 20 and spent the last four games on the injured-reserve list, says he should be close to 100% for the Rams’ next game, Nov. 1 against Atlanta.
Lyght said he expects to return to practice today with the rest of his teammates after two days off and says the extra week of practice because of the NFC West bye weekend gives him plenty of time to sharpen his play at cornerback.
“I have full range of motion,” Lyght said. “Sometimes when I put it in different, awkward positions, I can feel it a little bit. But other than that, it’s fine.”
