Briefly Told: Author Judy Blume will bring her popular “Fudge” book characters to television in a new half-hour comedy series to be produced by Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television. . . . On Oprah Winfrey’s second prime-time special, Nov. 4 on ABC, she’ll talk with Jodie Foster, Richard Gere, Vanessa Williams--and turn into an animated cartoon character to interview “The Simpsons.” . . . Damon Wayans is headed back to Fox’s “In Living Color,” and his sketches will appear throughout the current season.
