Hollywood’s talent agency reshuffling continued Thursday as 13 executives from the dismantling InterTalent agency joined International Creative Management.

The move, while expected, brings to ICM some respected agents who represent key figures in the industry. It also strengthens ICM’s management ranks.

InterTalent founder Bill Block will head ICM’s West Coast office and be given responsibility for day-to-day management of the agency’s movie and television departments. David Greenblatt and Mark Rossen will run ICM’s television operations, in conjunction with ICM executive Alan Berger.

Block, Greenblatt and Rossen will also be made equity partners in the agency, which recently bought the majority stake of another partner, Marvin Josephson.

ICM President Jim Wiatt said the InterTalent agents bring “entrepreneurial spirit” to the company, whose clients include Arnold Schwarzenegger and Eddie Murphy. Wiatt said that he did not foresee any layoffs at ICM as a result of the InterTalent hirings.

InterTalent is expected to soon close its doors because of upper management defections to ICM and United Talent Agency. Another company, Triad Artists, was acquired by the William Morris Agency last week. Many Hollywood executives blame the talent agency consolidation on the lingering effects of the recession.

Other InterTalent agents joining ICM are Tom Strickler, Scott Arnovitz, Barbara Dreyfus, Ariel Emanuel, Ken Kamins, Kim McNeal, Chris Moore, Robin Russell, Steve Sanford and Jeanne Williams.
