- Char Marie Flood has been appointed national agent manager for TRW Business Credit Services in Orange. She was previously director of sales and marketing for the Information Store in San Francisco. Before that, Flood was with TRW for more than 10 years, holding a variety of positions, including national distributor sales manager and Northwest district sales manager. TRW Business Credit Services is a division of TRW Information Systems & Services, a business unit of TRW Inc. headquartered in Cleveland.
