Kevin Hampton has been promoted to director of business development for Lincoln Property Co., an Irvine developer and manager of residential and commercial properties. He had been assistant vice president. Before joining Lincoln in 1989 as director of acquisitions and dispositions, Hampton was a commercial real estate broker for Cushman & Wakefield’s Irvine office.
