The Angels won’t offer salary arbitration to infielder Ken Oberkfell, catcher Mike Fitzgerald or infielder-designated hitter Hubie Brooks, which means they can declare their free agency by the Nov. 8 deadline.
Jimmy Key and Tom Henke of the Blue Jays and 30 others filed for free agency, bringing the total to 58.
