A few sprinkles slickened San Diego roads Friday, but clear skies are today’s forecast.

Lindbergh Field had recorded .06 of an inch of rain by Friday evening, with the possibility of showers overnight raising the total to .15 of an inch, National Weather Service meteorologist Frank Alsheimer said.

The rainstorm, which came south from the Gulf of Alaska, was due to give way today to a high-pressure system, which should bring sunny days and clear nights, Alsheimer said.

The high temperature Friday at Lindbergh Field was 71, the low 61, the weather service said.

Inland highs will be in the mid-70s, lows 52 to 60, the service said. In the mountains, where daytime winds may reach 25 m.p.h. at times, highs will be 48 to 56, lows a frosty 35 to 45.

The county’s deserts also should see daytime winds up to 25 m.p.h., the service said, with highs 72 to 78 and lows about 60.
