J.R. Wetzel has been promoted to executive vice president for marketing and leasing at O’Donnell Property Services Inc. He was also appointed to the executive committee. Wetzel, who joined the Irvine commercial property management company in 1985, had been regional marketing director. Before that, he was with Wells Fargo Bank and Macy’s California in San Francisco.
