SAVE IT ALL: Devoted environmentalists are annoyed that most city recycling efforts don’t go far enough. But Taormina Industries, which recycles for six northern Orange County cities--including Anaheim and Garden Grove--has announced it is the first here to accept all seven types of recyclable plastics. . . . That means gable-top milk cartons, foam products such as meat trays and drinking cups, plus yogurt and cottage cheese containers--found in almost every household but not recycled by any cities before.
