Thomas Bros. Maps Appoints Chief Operating Officer

Robert F. Foster has been appointed chief operating officer of Thomas Bros. Maps in Irvine. In his new position, he will oversee business operations and head the development and execution of new sales and marketing programs. Since 1983, Foster has held upper management and board positions with several engineering and high-technology companies specializing in the design and production of factory automation and robotic manufacturing systems. Before that, he spent 12 years with Xerox Computer Services, a subsidiary of Xerox Corp.
