The North Stars do not believe they are vulnerable to a sexual harassment suit although owner Norm Green admits to personal conduct some women employees have called sexually offensive, a team official said. Green, a Canadian real estate developer, said he did not understand his conduct was inappropriate in the United States and promised to stop.
