Florida Marlin owner H. Wayne Huizenga is accused of working “behind the scenes” to help keep the Giants in San Francisco and out of Florida, a lawsuit claims. An amended suit filed in St. Petersburg, Fla., added Huizenga as a defendant to a suit against San Francisco officials.
