Times Report on Lawyer Who Is Heir

I have suspected for some time that lawyers have been making wills making themselves (the) recipient of millions of dollars.

Now it is up to Sacramento to correct this injustice.

California must now join the other 38 states in disbarring lawyers who prepare trusts or wills in which they are beneficiaries.
