Booklet Explains Reverse Mortgages

The Orange County Senior Services Providers’ Roundtable, a consortium of senior service providers, has developed an informational brochure on reverse mortgages titled “Reverse Mortgages, Converting Your Home Equity Into Cash.”
The brochure answers general questions that low-income, older adults may have regarding reverse mortgages--a loan geared toward “cash poor--equity rich” older adult homeowners.
The brochure has a question-answer format and are free and available to the public by contacting Ian Wilson, from the Orange Caregivers Resources Center, at (714) 680-0122.
