Ronald L. Ooley has been appointed senior vice president, human resources for Community Psychiatric Centers in Laguna Hills. He was formerly vice president, human resources and administrative services, for Transitional Hospitals Corp., the company’s new Atlanta subsidiary formed to develop and operate transitional health care facilities. Before that, Ooley was vice president, human resources, at Phoenix Group, a management and human resources consulting firm in Macon, Ga. He has also served as senior vice president for human resources at Charter Medical Corp.
