Rosalynn Carter Honored

WASHINGTON — Hillary Clinton Monday night presented former First Lady Rosalynn Carter with the Eleanor Roosevelt Living World Award for the humanitarian work she has done with her husband, former President Jimmy Carter, since he left office in 1981. The award was given at the 10th anniversary celebration of a nuclear arms-reduction group.
