SAN DIEGO : 1 Dead, at Least 1 Hurt in Hit-and-Run

One person died and at least one other was injured Friday night in a hit-and-run accident in the 1400 block of Continental Street, between Otay Mesa Road and Curran Street near Brown Field, police said.
Details surrounding the accident, which occurred shortly before 8 p.m., were sketchy. San Diego police said a boy of 3 or 4 years old suffered head injuries and was taken to Children’s Hospital, while a woman in her 30s or 40s was also listed as injured.
