The NCAA has amended 1990 sanctions against former Florida football coach Galen Hall, allowing Hall to begin working for an NCAA-member school without restrictions, beginning in January of 1994. The restrictions were to have been in force until September of 1995.
Hall was voted coach of the year in the World League last spring after leading the Orlando Thunder to an 8-2 record and the North American East Division title.
He lost his job when the league’s 1993 season was canceled in September.
