SNUBBED AGAIN: The 1991 football season was the first in which no member of the Los Angeles Rams was elected by the NFL’s players and coaches to participate in the Pro Bowl. Unfortunately for suffering Anaheim Stadium fans, 1992 was the second (C2). . . . The 5-10 Rams were one of five teams--with Chicago, Cleveland, the New York Jets and Tampa Bay--to be overlooked for the all-star game Feb. 7 in Honolulu. . . . The last Ram picked: veteran offensive lineman Jackie Slater, who played in his seventh Pro Bowl after the 1990 season. Quarterback Jim Everett was also picked that year, but as an alternate.
